Blackstock and Weber aims to ensure its customers’ full satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) for store credit ONLY. 

To return an item, the following conditions must be met:
• Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.
• The returned item(s) must be in new condition, unworn, with the hang tag attached in the original packaging.

We are not responsible for risk of loss or damage during return shipment. Any item(s) returned not in the required condition will be returned to you.

Please note:
• Items purchased during seasonal sales cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Made-to-order/Reservation products cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
• In-store purchases can only be returned in-store.
• U.S. customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs.
• International customers will not be refunded for initial shipping costs and a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the return shipment.
• Store credit will be issued for the retail price of item(s) purchased.

Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Once an order is processed it is no longer eligible for cancellation and no changes can be made. This includes Reservation and Made to Order items. 

Please note that if your order has processed, the standard shipping and return policy will apply. 

Please note that returns and cancellations will be refunded as store credit.

B&W is not responsible for errors made while in the checkout process. We will help customers redirect their packages when and if possible.

To complete your return, please follow these steps:

- In the returns portal, please enter your order number followed by the shipping zip code used to complete your order.

- Once the return form is submitted, a prepaid return label will be generated.

- Place all items you wish to return in their original packaging. Items that appear worn or not returned in their original condition may not be accepted.

- We will notify you as soon as your item is received by our warehouse.  

- Once your return is delivered, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be inspected.

- Upon the pass of inspection, store credit will be issued for returned items or your pre-selected exchange will be processed. In the event that you have selected an item that is a pre-order, please be sure to check the date specified on the reserved item for the estimated ship date. 

- You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

 

International purchases are final sale. As a small business, we cannot accept returns and exchanges on orders placed outside of the US.

For In Stock items, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team. 

For Reservation and Made to Order items, please contact Customer Service. Please note this is subject to change. 

For Domestic Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days to most major cities from first scan. 

For Domestic Overnight Shipping: For orders placed after 12pm EST, the item will ship the following day if tied to In Stock product. 

For International Shipping: Please see the estimated shipping date disclosed upon checkout. Please be aware there are occasional delays with customs. 

During seasonal drops and holidays, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. 

Please note, we cannot ship to PO box addresses.

Once orders are placed, they begin processing immediately. Therefore, we cannot combine multiple orders. 

Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if multiple orders are made. 

All our orders are shipped via a third party warehouse. We predominately use UPS for deliveries to destinations within the US and DHL for all international destinations.

You can track parcels via the UPS or DHL website using the tracking number sent along with your order confirmation.

To best gauge your appropriate size, please refer to the sizing chart for the particular item you’re interested in. This can be found directly on the product page.

For all loafers, we recommend purchasing one full size down from your typical sneaker size. If you currently own a pair of b&w loafers, sizing remains consistent across all styles.

BLACKSTOCK & WEBER RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Reservation Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of reservations (“Reservations”) with Blackstock & Weber, LLC, located at 242 Mulberry St, New York, NY 10012 (“we”, “us”, or “Blackstock & Weber”) for footwear, apparel, or any other product made available for advance purchase (“Products”). By submitting your Reservation, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Reservations

When placing a Reservation for Blackstock & Weber Products, you’ll be required to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including shipping and billing details. You are responsible for keeping this information current. Blackstock & Weber is not liable for any delays or issues resulting from outdated or incorrect information. Reservations are considered final once placed and cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Payment & Final Sale

Payment for the full purchase price of the Product is required at the time you place your Reservation. Reservations are final sale. In the unlikely event that we are unable to ship your Product within one (1) year from the date of purchase, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Except for this provision, refunds will not be offered.

3. Delivery Timeline

All estimated shipping dates are subject to change. While we aim to fulfill Reservations as quickly as possible, delays can and do occur — due to supply chain disruptions, production timelines, and other factors. By placing a Reservation, you acknowledge and accept the potential for delays, and agree that Blackstock & Weber will not be responsible for any damages, costs, or claims related to such delays. Estimated Reservation numbers do not determine fulfillment priority.

4. Cancelation by Blackstock & Weber

We reserve the right to cancel any Reservation at our discretion for any reason. If we do so, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price with no additional obligation or compensation due.

5. Limitation of Liability

Blackstock & Weber will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your Reservation. If we are found liable for any reason, your sole remedy will be a full refund of the amount you paid.

6. Eligibility

By placing a Reservation, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where such transactions are legally permitted.

7. Use of Customer Information

Any personal information collected during the Reservation process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Product Disclaimer

Products shown or described prior to purchase may be prototypes or pre-production samples. The final delivered Products may differ in material, finish, or detail. All Products are sold “as is” and without any express or implied warranty beyond what is required by law.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via email or on our website. Continued use of the Reservation system after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any disputes related to these Terms or your Reservation shall be heard exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York

11. Chargebacks

By placing a Reservation, you agree to abide by the terms outlined herein, including the agreement to wait for shipment and the understanding that all sales are final, except as otherwise stated in these Terms. Initiating a chargeback with your payment provider for reasons that conflict with these terms — including, but not limited to, production timelines, made-to-order fulfillment schedules, or misunderstandings of final sale policies — constitutes a breach of this agreement.

Blackstock & Weber reserves the right to dispute any chargebacks with supporting documentation, including your acceptance of these Terms, order confirmation records, delivery estimates, and all customer correspondence. We may also restrict future purchases if a chargeback is filed without first contacting us to resolve the issue in good faith.

12. Agreement to Wait

By placing a Reservation with Blackstock & Weber, you acknowledge and agree that fulfillment may take an extended period of time. You expressly agree to wait until your order is completed and shipped, and you understand that this is part of the purchase you are making. Due to the made-to-order nature of our Products, no cancellations or refunds will be offered prior to shipment, except as provided in Section 2 of these Terms.

You may return your item within 15 days of the purchase date for store credit. In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. The returned item must be in new condition, unworn, with the original packaging.

Unfortunately, our in-store system is only able to process returns for items that were purchased in-store.

242 is the retail hub of Blackstock & Weber, ACADEMY, General Store and Echevarria's collaborations, case studies and personal projects.

We don't have the ability to do in store pick up yet. Please contact us with the specific product, color-way and size to check in-store inventory.
