Do you ship internationally?
Occasionally, we are able to ship internationally. If an item is available for international shipping, your country will be available to select upon checkout. We only use shipping services that are timely and very reliable. Because of this, international shipping is expensive and is paid by the customer. We understand if you do not want to complete the purchase due to high shipping costs, but as a small business, we can not afford for shipping companies to lose our package. We appreciate your understanding and patience. 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once your order is placed, please allow up to 1 business day for your order to be shipped (unless it is a pre-order or made to order style). Once shipped, the order will arrive in 2-5 days depending on location. 
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the receipt of your product. If you need to exchange or return your shoes, please let us know within 14 days. Requests after that time will be denied.
Just email support@blackstockandweber.com to get the ball rolling. Please allow up to 3 business days for the return to be processed from the date the shoes are received. 
Occasionally, we will do a special production run for special sizing or colors of a specific product. In those cases, we are unable to accept returns, as we produced the shoes specifically for you. 
For any product that is eligible for return and credit in new condition will be subject to payment of a restocking fee of $35 per pair. Worn or used items are not eligible for return, and Blackstock & Weber will not be obligated to accept the return of any damaged item that is not returned in new, unworn condition.
Pre-orders/Made-to-Order/Discounted (Sale) shoes can be returned, but only store credit will be given. No refunds. 
Do you accept exchanges?

Yes! We want to make sure your shoes fit you just right. If you need to exchange for a smaller or larger size, we are happy to offer that free of charge in the US. We will cover the shipping charges both ways to get you the right fitting pair.

The first exchange is on us, if a second or more occur customer will be charged for shipping. 

Just email support@blackstockandweber.com and we will get it done quickly. Exchange requests must be completed within 14 days of receipt of your product. Requests after that time will be denied. 


International returns and exchanges

Most of the time, we are happy to accept returns and exchanges on our products. We are not, however, responsible for shipping charges to do so. If you wish to return or exchange your products, please email support@blackstockandweber.com and we are happy to do that for you. 


Why don't you ship to my country?

Unfortunately, we can not offer shipping to all countries in the world. It is expensive and sometimes unreliable. We are always working on creative solutions to get our products to you. Please follow along as we grow and hopefully we can get you shoes!

What is my Blackstock & Weber shoe size?

Our shoes are made true to size. If you typically wear a size 9 in other boots and shoes, you can order a size 9 in Blackstock & Weber shoes.
